This is written by a person who has lived here a year. I am very satisfied with the accommodations and the people that run the apartments. I did some research to other independent senior living facilities and liked the cost and the size of the apartments here best.

My wife died of cancer 20 years ago. It has been very lonely living alone for those 20 years.

I moved to Harmony Court in July of 2009 after I had some trouble with my heart. I sold my house. Now I don't have to pay to have my lawn mowed, my snow scooped, or my gutters cleaned.

I have no house taxes. My house and furniture insurance (because I sold my house) went down from $780 to $80 per year. I don't have to pay for electricity or gas. I don't have to make breakfast or lunch with dishes to wash after meals. Twice a month, my apartment gets vacuumed, floors get mopped, and the sinks and toilets are cleaned too. They even have washers and dryers you can use for free. I park my car in a secure heated garage year round. My mail is even delivered and picked up inside the building.

I like having friendly people that live here. They have many of the same interest as I, and other people have at our age. The building and property are carefully maintained and cared for. They recently landscaped the front of the building area and it looks so beautiful. I wish I had moved here sooner.
